Our real estate brokerage office, KP IMMO, was established in conjunction with the Kun&Partner law firm to assist our clients with legal expertise and nearly thirty years of domestic and international real estate market experience throughout the entire real estate transaction, whether it is a real estate sale, purchase or rental structure.
We consider it advantageous if we do not only get involved in the process as the last step of the purchase and sale process, at the purchase and sale contract, but also by actively participating in the sale or selection phase, which can help to avoid potential legal pitfalls.

In several cases, we have encountered unsettled legal situations or circumstances that make it difficult to purchase or borrow (e.g., without a joint ownership use contract, an apartment with a right of pre-emption, a property classification not marked as an "apartment", the issue of renovating areas in an unsettled joint condominium), and in the case of new construction properties, we must pay close attention to financing, warranty claims, and provisions related to the occupancy permit.

We know the real estate market well, we help determine the real value of the property, in order to avoid overly optimistic or overly pessimistic pricing.
